This is possible subjectively, but I have something to compare with, perhaps a question in the manager Aleksey who drives the car of our company (a special thanks to him) for his responsible approach to work. Maybe it's about corporate ethics and attitude towards the client. But the fact remains that for two years of servicing my fleet with this service, there was not a single unpleasant moment. The work is carried out in due time and the quality of performance is at a height. Nearby is a BMW on which I am also a frequent guest. Despite the difference in car classes and prices, the Atlant M is a cut above it, although BMW had delicious cookies before quarantine :)
No parking for customers. Well ... She can eat, but she’s constantly clogged - there’s nowhere to park the car. For a very long time, the process of taking the machine to the service and posting takes place. Oil change (recording at 9:00) took place until 11:00 !!! Well, this is tin (((and so - that is, where to sit. There is coffee, water - for free.
Comfortably, professionally, but I would like a little faster, or at least talk about the possible waiting time.
I will try to describe my impressions without emotions, with facts only:- Asked just to change the oil in the engine = for some reason, they entered me into the account the left diagnostics of dyzhostki, blocks, etc. without my knowledge- I asked to adjust the boot clearances = done anyhow, the clearances are still not adjusted normally.- It was necessary to make the DSG adaptation = without my knowledge, the employees went for a ride in the afternoon to the city center in my car arguing that they had to drive in high gears (as they were going to do in the afternoon, at rush hour at Zhilyanskaya, the Sports Palace and Saksagansky I not understood). I only found out about this when the immobilizer of the alarm went off, which went awry due to the fact that in service mode it had already traveled more than 10km.After almost a week, I did not receive any explanations or apologies from the representatives.Is it worth it to trust your car to such a 'service' yourself.

Needed to wait 15 min for the consultant. Salespeople talk on the phone while presenting the car to client (inside the car!), discussing renovation works at own flat and telling the client to hold on (for 5 minutes). If you respect yourself and your money - avoid this place at all costs. I had an awful impression of VW brand and their approach. Bought a car of a different producer.

This was not the first, but definitely the last time, when we contacted your service center. You guys can’t even imagine how you let me down by delaying the time by 2 days. If you immediately told the real dates, we would just give you the car a week later, and there would be no unpleasant situations. But because of your irresponsibility and careless attitude to work, you lost another client who was serviced by insurance and always in considerable amounts (UAH 80 thousand for repairs seems to be good for the service, right?). I hope that someday we will still take our car from you and never again, hear, NEVER, you will not have my feet.

We serve more than 10 cars of different classes. No service notes. Spare parts are, they do it normally. Conveniently, insurance cases are immediately resolved through Atlant. No need to go to insurance. The only thing to complain about is the repair of broken cars. Here I would rate 3 for a 5-point. I'm not special, but I immediately saw the crooked gaps and mediocre paint brushes. The bottom line is: service at the level, except for repair after an accident.

To park nowhere, you have to do a few laps to get at least somewhere (usually in official service centers there are no problems with this).The manager does not give clear answers to very simple repair questions, which as a client can give me at least some idea on terms or cost. For example, the question: "How long does it take to repair the ABC system in time and cost?" give answers like "this is a long time, how long I will not say, but a long time", similarly and at the cost of "I do not even know about" ... Orient what is done with the car, where it is driven, for what, how long to wait, where wait etc. none of the employees will be.
Absolutely not satisfied! On the phone they said the price was 350 + 645 = 995 UAH. The receiver knocked out 1150 types already with a 10% discount. If I didn’t have a telephone recording, I wouldn’t prove anything. As a result, they threw off to 995, but clamped the discount. Moreover, the price and diagnostics are 2 times higher than everywhere.
